Q: How do I reserve a table?

Q: Do we have accessable disabled facilities?
A: We have a fully equipped disabled toilet & facilities.
Q: How to I get to Crystal's Karaoke?
A: We are located in the second line of Puerto Banus, directly opposite Antonio Banderas Square. Push the button below to check us on Google Maps. Alternatively, check us out on Apple maps! (type in 'Crystals karaoke', use walking mode)
Q: Is fancy dress allowed?
A: Fancy dress is welcome as long as it tasteful, not too large or rude.
Nudity & erotic toys/inflatables are strictly prohibited.
We also advise our guests not to wear hen party sashes. T-shirts or headbands are a good alternative!
Let's keep it classy!
And of course, we prefer that our guests do not wear swimwear or beach attire!
Q: Do you have my song?
A: We have the largest karaoke library out there! If you're worried that we won't have your song just ask us in the comments section of the booking form.
Q: I have some special requirements for my booking, what should I do?
A: Just mention what it is you need in the comments section & we will do our best to cater for your every need.
Q: Can I bring my family to Crystal's Karaoke?
A: We allow under 18's in the bar before 10PM.

Puerto Banus is where the Jet Set of Marbella comes to party and strut their stuff, and even in Crystal’s Karaoke Bar we have received many such high profile guests enjoying a fun night out with their friends, singing songs and dancing the night away. The confortable and cozy atmosphere in our friendly bar makes everyone feel welcome and at ease. The bar boasts an amazing state of the art sound system for Karaoke lovers and regular live entertainment.

Drink packages are avalable for reservations. You will receive our offers in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation and refund policy:
If you paid the deposit, it will be fully refunded in case if you cancel your booking minimum 24 hours before the reservation time.
Cancellation should be done by e-mail in the same chat where you received your booking confirmation.
The money will be refunded not later than in 2 weeks after cancellation to the same PayPal account or credit card you paid by.
Please note (!)
On cancellation shorter than 24 hours before reservation time the deposit is non-refundable.
