Absolutely Amazing! A Night We’ll Never Forget!

From the moment I first enquired to the minute we left, Crystal’s was nothing short of incredible. We visited as part of my best friend’s hen do, and they helped create a memory that none of us will ever forget.

I had a wild idea before our visit, I wanted to surprise the bride with a personalised karaoke version of Mamma Mia (her favourite), with lyrics all about her and the groom. I wasn’t sure if it would even be possible, but Eugene was amazing from the start. He was so helpful, asked me to send the video over, and made sure everything was arranged perfectly.

On the night everything ran seamlessly. The DJ was ready to go, the video played perfectly, and the whole surprise came together better than I could have imagined. The bride was completely blown away and genuinely in awe. It was such a special moment, and I can’t thank Eugene enough for making it happen. It added something truly unique to the hen do and gave us all a memory we’ll treasure forever.

As for the venue itself, when I first suggested karaoke to the group, I think a few people weren’t sure what to expect, but every single one of us LOVED it! The bar is lovely, with plenty of seating, lots of room to dance, a fantastic atmosphere, great drinks, and very reasonable prices. Everything was clean and well looked after, including the toilets.

The staff were wonderful all night, and the DJ happily took our endless song requests. We spent the entire evening there and honestly could have stayed much longer if we hadn’t needed to be up early the next day for our yacht trip. We were genuinely disappointed to call it a night at 1am and didn’t want to leave!

A huge thank you to Eugene and the whole team at Crystal’s. You went above and beyond to make the night special, and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. If I could give you more than 5* I would 👏🏽 If you’re considering a visit, do it, you won’t be disappointed!

Brilliant night here for my best friends hen do, we arrived at 9pm right on opening and the bar staff were so attentive. The experience was truly amazing, the hen party all had a great time and sung their hearts out. So glad we found this place and booked it, if we’re ever in marbs again we will be back!

booked for my sisters hen do. we got there 40 mins early and our table was provided at that time which we wouldn’t expect! When I tell you we thought we’d have a few drinks,
sing one song and head home… we were there from 10:20 till 3am - swept up in the atmosphere and great vibes!!!!! Thank you so much to the staff who made the night so special, will definitely be returning for another hysterical night 🤣

We attended for my friends hen do on Saturday night.The atmosphere was vibrant, fun, lively everything you would expect from a karaoke bar. I had pre booked a table as there were 11 of us. The communication with Eugene was consistent. When we arrived, he was very attentive. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend Crystal's for a night out.

Booked Crystals Karaoke bar for my niece's Hen. There was a party of 24 of us, we were allocated a great space beside the bar and stage. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was great fun. We only planned to go one evening but enjoyed it that much we went 2 out of our 3 nights😀.

The absolute highlight of this bar is the DJ, Sam. He possesses an incredibly beautiful voice and radiates such positive energy. What truly sets him apart is his intuition and support; if a guest struggles on stage, Sam is right there with backing vocals to provide a safety net, making the singer feel relaxed and able to just enjoy the moment. For those with more professional skills, he adds flawless harmonies that elevate the performance without ever taking over.

Personally, I absolutely love singing duets with Sam. Our voices blend so well together, and his passion and "from-the-heart" presence make every song exceed expectations. I could honestly sing with him seven nights a week!

The bar staff are exceptionally service-minded and friendly. Even when the crowd (often lively Brits!) gets a bit too spirited, the team handles it with impressive finesse and speed, ensuring the vibe stays fun and professional. You feel completely safe here, thanks to Mourad and the security team, who manage the door and the floor with absolute perfection.

Mistral offers a fantastic atmosphere, wonderful music, and a community of lovely people. It is a sanctuary for anyone who wants to be themselves and enjoy a world-class party vibe.

(One observation that is very important to take in consideration, is that the neighborhood itself is an area for - what I believe, prostitution & criminality late at night. Please make sure not to walk alone and I recommend safe transportation to and from the area!)

This is a great bar in Puerto Banús. Not pretentious at all and everyone is up for a good time! Songs are played on request to the DJ and drinks are reasonably priced. We messaged via WhatsApp to reserve a table. We had a great night and would recommend for groups/hens etc.

Excellent venue We booked a table with crystals on Thursday the 16th of may for a group of 5 of us celebrating in a hendo.
We booked a package which included gin/Prosecco and mixer which was good value for money. The staff were fantastic very attentive and the music was great. The venue is spotless and we had a really great time would highly recommend going if you just want to have fun and sing and listen to good music !

August 2021 Went here on our first night in Puerto Banus and was possibly our best night out, on the night it was a younger crowd which suited us and they had us seated with a bottle service which was a decent price for Puerto Banus. Was able to buy individual drinks afterwards for reasonable prices

We went on the Friday and it got busy at about 11ish having been there from 10, we wanted to go back on the last night we had there which was a thursday but apparently there was basically no one inside and we didn’t want to spend our last night praying for a crowd to come, but the first night was great so that’s all I’m going to judge it off

Very funny and nice place to go to when you feel in the mood to sing! The people that are there very supportive and sheer when you have sung your song. It have been like a tradition to go there ones a year when we visit my mother in law 😃

A Happy & Inclusive Place! Crystals Karaoke:

Me & my husband just returned from a 2-week holiday in Marbella and while there, we visited Crystals Karaoke bar six times.

We usually arrived around 10pm, when it was still quiet and it became busier from 11.15pm onwards.
The drinks were around €4 per shot (Tequila Rose) & €8 per mixer (Rum & Coke) and the staff (Hannah, Josh, David & Yeray) and door staff were all really friendly; recognising & chatting with us and serving everyone promptly.

David the DJ was ‘firm but fair’ & friendly. If anyone tried pushing in the queue, we watched David deal with them calmly, like a patient parent or teacher. One night, some guy thought he’d just put in a song & sing, without buying any drinks. He kept walking out when others were singing and harassing David to let him sing next. A doorman started to hover, but David dealt with him smoothly.

Whether you sing or not, Crystals is a fun, non-threatening & welcoming place, where we chatted with lots of people, aged between 22-70 years, from various nationalities. Without Crystals, we wouldn’t have met all these lovely people, or sung & danced so much and our holiday would’ve been incomplete.

"So much fun!" My wife and I spent many a night here during our recent holiday to Puerto Banus. Great staff Hannah, David, Josh etc are all so welcoming, friendly and extremely professional. A safe and happy place to meet people and party. You don't have to be a singer to enjoy this place.
